David Dybdahl is widely recognized for his expertise in the area of environmental risk management. He has served on the United States Environmental Protection Agency's Contractor Indemnification Technical Review Panel and provided technical information on environmental insurance issues to the United States Department of Defense and Department of Energy. In his 25 year career he has successfully placed insurance programs on many of the world's toughest environmental risks including developing the first environmental insurance policies for Superfund contractors, placing the first wrap up insurance programs on the US Department of Energy's nuclear weapons facilities at Hanford, Washington and Oak Ridge, Tennessee and insuring the remediation of Chernobyl. He is a frequent speaker and has published numerous articles in journals and textbooks. David is the contributing author on Environmental Risk Management and Insurance in the prestigious CPCU and ARMR professional designation courses and the professional errors and omissions loss control manual for the Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of America.

Robert N. Rosenfeld specializes in risk management consulting and insurance brokering for clients whose transactions or operations are impacted by environmental issues. He has 15 years of experience in the management of environmental liabilities associated with real property acquisitions and divestitures, mergers and acquisitions, redevelopment and remediation projects, and the operation of manufacturing, bio-tech, petrochemical and waste management facilities. Mr. Rosenfeld has been a leader in the application of quantitative models for structuring projects and asset/liability valuation in the presence of environmental risk factors. He speaks regularly to trade and professional groups on environmental risk management and insurance topics. Working closely with clients and environmental underwriters, he has negotiated complex environmental insurance solutions to reduce, transfer, and fund for environmental liabilities. Paul has structured environmental insurance programs for risks of all sizes ranging from Fortune 500 companies to small manufacturers and contractors. He has brokered programs for companies such as Pulte Homes, General Motors, Union Pacific Railroad, Simon Property Group, CMS Energy, University of Michigan, SPX Corporation, and Hexion Specialty Chemicals. While working at Chrysler Corporation in Detroit, he earned his BA from Michigan State University with a major in Risk and Insurance.
